Requirements:


CCNP Certification required. Cisco command line experience.

Customer service skills as well as effective communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Skills to design LAN. Experience in using network diagnostic tools, testers, analyzers. Design solutions in a hierarchal manner. Need to know the OSI model. Understand network connectivity concepts. Understand common business applications, i.e. Excel and Word. Elevated understanding of Ethernet. Inventory Tracking. Working knowledge of organization structure. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
