Network Engineer (Cisco / Juniper)
(Kuala Lumpur)



Responsibilities:
Responsible for network engineering / solutions implementation, delivery & support of the Company’s supported products and services include data networking products, firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, content filtering, and e-mail security & etc
Understand and define customer requirements, including understanding the existing customer network and how the company's solutions will add value to it.
Delivery of Project from design to implementation to UAT
Conduct / Assist in proof of concept activities at customers’ premises, with user acceptance test.

Requirements:
Professional Certification : CCVP, CISSP, JNCIA-EX & etc
Detailed understanding of technical considerations of security implementations.
Detailed understanding of security concerns, possible threats, available counter measures, and the effects on the underlying infrastructure.
Detailed understanding of emerging security technologies.
Product experience : Netscout, Cisco 3800, Cisco 2800, Catalyst 3570GE, Bluecoat, F5 BIG-IP, Radware, Tipping Point, etc etc
Expereince in implementing & maintaing some of
• Router/Switch – Cisco or Juniper
• Firewall – Fortigate, Cisco, Juniper, or Checkpoint
• IPS – Tipping Point or ISS
• Wireless controller and AP – Cisco or Aruba
• Load balancer – F5 or Radware Linkproof
• Application – Bluecoat, Netscout, Cisco works, MPLS and so on


Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Communicate in Mandarin / Chinese dialects a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Must naturally take initiative, and have a desire to always learn and do more

Responsibilities:
Set-up and manage active directory 2003 Server, Exchange Server 2007, Proxy Server and SPAM Server.
Manage LAN incluidng Cisco Firewall and PABX System.
Provide support for end users relating to all technical issues such as hardware, software, printer and networking.
Perform accurate documentation on all hardware assets, system, network settings and problems attended.

Requirements:
Preferably MCSE & CCNA certified.
Good working knowledge in LAN environment including switches and firewall.
Hands-on experience in Software and Hardware trouble shooting skills and Microsoft Office Application.
Good interpersonal skills, project planning, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.
Work independently, good learning attitudes and able to work for long hours.
