Responsibilities:

The Website Designer will be responsible in the overall layout, visual appearance and usability of the Banks’ websites.
Liaising with the business units to conceptualise and design the web page that involves developing a graphic design that effectively best communicates the Bank’s vision.
Preparation of design plan, site structure and prototype.
Management of the Banks’ website projects.
Ensuring that all the Bank’s websites’ information and design are up-to-date and in compliance with the Bank Group’s corporate image.

Requirements:


Excellent skills in HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Homesite, Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium (Photoshop & Dreamweaver) softwares.
Knowledge of Flash Action script (AS2 & AS3), jQuery & asp will be an added advantage.
Deep understanding of web behaviour, internet usability and internet capabilities.
Keen interest in internet evolution, changing technologies and trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to engage and foster collaboration with internal business units and external parties.
